Settlement recovery may be high on trampoline injury cases since many trampoline injuries involve broken and fractured necks and backs.
Issues in trampoline cases are quite complex such as trampoline injuries related to improper weight distribution when a smaller trampoline users gets thrown from the structure by another much heavier user.

With golf cart injury cases the same rules of the road apply except the customs of golf get invoked. Usually the rule of thumb is use the specific course rules of the game and tournament rules in getting the course and the other player to pay for your case and medical bills.

Just got a call from a gas attendant who filled a tank, presented the driver with a $57 bill, and the driver took off. The attendant got his arm lodged in the window jam and was pulled alongside the car until he released his grip. The attendant now has a broken arm and metal plates in his arm since he had to have surgery. Gas prices as high as they are have resulted in perhaps the first of who knows how many injuries at the pump.
