Passengers injured in single car Oregon Accidents can (in certain cases) recover money for their pain and suffering if the driver is negligent and this is also possible in certain cases if they are related to the driver.
Certainly every passenger claim against the driver is different and it really depends upon the insurance policy and the facts of each Oregon single care accident. I have had claims which we brought against client’s parents siblings and even children.
But in recent years many policies carry exclusion against claims against family members so it’s best to obtain a consultation with a Oregon licensed lawyer to see if you can recover as a passenger in any single car Oregon accident.

Dogs not restrained by seat belts have caused enough car accidents in the state of Oregon to prompt one legislator to draft a bill outlawing unrestrained dogs in moving cars.
Having represented injury victims for now 20 years in Oregon, I have seen dogs interfere with drivers and the result has been rather serious car crashes.
So if Oregon bill passes and is enacted into law Oregon will join Hawaii as the only other state to make loose pooches a no no in Oregon.

While any car accident lawyers worth their salt in Oregon will know that drivers who take right turns on red often find themselves in car accidents.
I just read that the Beaverton police department in right turn cases will now start issuing citations to motorists caught on camera who fail to make a complete stop at a red light prior to making a right turn.
With so many traffic camera getting drivers who fail to stop before turning on a red hand red will be equally important in any Oregon car accident car whether in Beaverton or Portland as well.
